Member Services Department

The TWU Local 100 Member Services Department administers your Dental* and Vision benefits.

We also assist with all MAC concerns.

We are located at 149 Pierrepont Street, 1st Floor. Hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM.

Your Prescription plan and your Major Medical Plan are administered by the MTA (if you are an MTA employee).

* Please note: If you have the Aetna High Option Rider, your dental plan is administered by the MTA Business Service Center (BSC), 646-376-0123.
